Kara and Joe are friends we met through family friends in Seattle. Dick and Julia - you'll enjoy this one. =) Richard and Julia are very good friends of my family and Kara is Richard's 2nd cousin. Right? =) I believe Kara is the daughter of Richard's 1st cousin. Anyway, they're great and they just had a brand new baby boy. We met him on April 14th so he was about 4 weeks (had a really tough time getting the pictures into Picasa for some weird reason so this post is belated). Geordan, Rory's big brother, is a little over 2 so he's about 5 months older than Norah. Norah had SUCH a fun time playing with all of Geordan's toys (and Geordan was really impressive with his sharing skills).
Also, Kara and Joe live next to a really magical park complete with massive playground, a make-shift maze in some bushes, a lake with ducks AND a forest. So, you can imagine the fun that was had. Not to mention the blowing of the bubbles. Rory's a real cutie pie and it was great to finally meet him.
