Yesterday Norah had a playdate with her best friend Lilia. I met Lilia's mom, better known by her name (Kirsten) =), in our baby play group. She happens to not only be from the States but from Oregon. Her husband is Irish and they've lived here now for three years so she's been a great resource for me as she knows about the States and about life here. So we hit it off pretty quickly and have become good friends. Norah loves Lilia (4 months younger than Norah)!! (as you can tell by this first picture). They hugged about 12 times before Lilia and her mom could finally get out the door.
And Norah, of course, wanted to give Kirsten a big hug too.
And here is.....the aftermath. =) Cowboy boots, a Potty book, pom-poms, leggos, crayons, paper towel rolls (telescopes) - the usual. They. Played. Hard.
Norah likes to "help" Daddy do push-ups. She runs a tight ship around here...
