Ok, something happened and somehow this entire post was deleted......I'm slightly unhappy about this. So, I've reposted the pictures but I refuse to go back through and re-write my fantastic captions which were some real zingers! Ughh....technology makes me furious sometimes.
Mann...the more I think about how much I actually wrote, the more incensed I become... Ok.
Here's a tiny bit of background. A date. We hadn't been on one in 4 months. It was very exciting. We went to Dalkey. Love it. Magical. Want to live there. Need millions. Cottages. Mansions. Gates. Love it all.
Quaint Cottages, and then you turn the corner to:
Blammo! The Gated mansion! These are no Seattle mansions. These are single family dwelling CASTLES right on the ocean, looking directly at Dalkey Island. These people are serious.
The most romantic, magical little mini-harbour.
As I said in the 1st caption, prior to mysterious deletion...

Two houses that I covet
This one reminded me of Seattle architecture so I had to take a picture. Very REI.
The house on the left is owned by Jim Sheridan (acclaimed Irish Director) and we heard from two ladies that it's renting for 7,000 EURO per month!
